The room appeared clean.

The front desk employee was rude, which ruined my entire experience. I reported a bug problem, and instead of receiving any assistance, the manager accused me of bringing the bugs myself! To add insult to injury, the promised refund was severely mishandled and never processed correctly.

Booked a room on the balcony. Climate control and multi-channel TV were there too. Location: the hotel was next to northern California, a Chinese restaurant and Mexican restaurant and several eateries and a Starbucks.

I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is pretty standard and perfect.

It was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and caring, beds were great. I got the king room, it was newly renovated and modern. The location in a pet-friendly area was incredible. Food was outstanding and their restaurant was nice...

Request a pet-free room if allergies are a concern. They accommodate pets, which can lead to issues for sensitive travelers.

The motel is just a few steps from popular fast food spots and less than a 5-minute walk to the charming Willows Museum, making it easy for me to enjoy a leisurely stroll while exploring the area .

Why I'm torn on this

The remodeled room was excellent with ample space and a comfortable bed. Excellent location for easy access to the freeway.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking this time with dirtiness noticed throughout and WiFi issues that hindered my stay.

This was a commendable fit for a holiday in Willows with good value for price. The showers were roomy and hot, making for a nice experience after a long day. Make sure to check out the modern decor in the rooms.

The room was spacious, clean, and way better than the typical Motel 6 vibe. The bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly, including a quiet air conditioner. The location was also great for a quick overnight stop. The only downside was the bathroom light that activates with motion, which can be a bit too bright at night.
